Oh no! So frustrating :-( Hope you get that straightened out soon.
Last night we learned it *is* just the router, and figured out how to connect H's computer directly to the modem. Computer geeks that we are 8-). So I will be buying a new router this afternoon. Wish me luck hooking it up!

Good luck! I hate it when our computer is down. Fortunately, doesn't happen too often.
This only reinforces how dependent we are on the Internet. I'm starting to get the shakes!
Having trouble with new router installation but hopefully will get it resolved later today.
